[[E.Evidence]] collected in one [[E.LifecyclePhase]] does not propagate to later phases or to [[P.TNA]]. Each phase effectively re-starts the inferential record about a given [[E.Pilot]]. Related to [[T.Snapshot-vs-Trajectory]] but distinct: snapshot-vs-trajectory concerns the residue of a *single* event; phase-siloed-evidence concerns *across-phase* discontinuity along an [[E.CareerPath]].
